With a 450mm diameter (standard IWF size for Olympic lifting), these plates fit all Olympic barbells and maintain consistent bar height during training. The TPU construction provides excellent impact absorption, protects floors, reduces noise, and resists wear from repeated drops.

Packaging

Each plate is packed in a polybag, then stacked in a paper carton, and finally secured on a wooden pallet for sea freight. This multi-layer packaging prevents damage during international shipping and ensures plates arrive in pristine condition.
