DURABLE COATING SURFACE

We used 3s thickness coating surface to make sure very long lifespin of the coating.There is also the test machine to make sure the paint will not off and make sure a durable and long lifetime of coating

STAINLES STEEL NK BEARINGS

Stainless steel NK bearings instead of the iron cast HK bearings to provide a smooth and consistent rotation with added durability. The bearings also create a dampening effect that reduces noise if you drop the barbell

KNURLING IS EVEN BAR KEEP STRAIGHT

We use automatic knurling machines to ensure that the knurling is even and exquisite

1.Material:For raw material, we select 40Cr& 42 CrMo steel than normal A3 steel which can make sure higher kpsi; 2.Heat treatment:2 times make sure bar will not be bended and reach to relevant loaing capacity; 3.Degree of deviation:60s（ours） vs more than 100s(our competitior)
