The fixed-frame (non-foldable) design eliminates hinge points that create wobble, making this bench ideal for commercial gyms where equipment remains in place and stability is the highest priority.

75×75×3mm Steel Tube Construction

The 75×75×3mm steel tube specification refers to square tubing with 75mm outer dimensions and 3mm wall thickness. The 3mm wall thickness is 50% thicker than typical commercial benches (which often use 2mm tubing), providing a rigid platform that will not twist or flex under heavy loads. The jump to 75mm width increases the tubing's moment of inertia, meaning the frame resists bending and twisting far more effectively than standard 50×50mm or 60×60mm benches.

For adjustable benches, the moving parts—back pad angle mechanism and seat adjustment—create leverage points. The 3mm tubing and triangle strengthening plate distribute forces across a broader area, preventing the hinge from binding or loosening after thousands of angle changes.

Triangle Strengthening Plate
